Susan Roddy is a Partner in Perella Weinberg’s Advisory business. Based in New York, Ms. Roddy serves as Co-Head of the Firm’s Consumer & Retail practice, providing advice to clients globally in the consumer health, wellness, beauty, and personal care sectors. She has a long track record of advising founders and high growth consumer brands. In addition, she has deep expertise with corporate carve-outs and divestitures, as well as working with businesses in the contract manufacturing and private label sectors. Before joining Perella Weinberg, she served as a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, leading its Consumer Health and Personal Care practice. Prior to that, Ms. Roddy worked in Corporate Strategy and Development at PepsiCo, supporting the company’s M&A and strategic initiatives in Europe. Some of Ms. Roddy’s recent engagements include Pharmavite’s acquisition of Bonafide; the sales of Qunol to Sanofi, LifeStyles to Linden, Arcadia Consumer Healthcare to Bansk, Zesty Paws to H&H Group, Nuun to Nestlé Health Science, SmartyPants to Unilever, Duke Cannon to Main Post Partners, Zarbee’s to Kenvue and Perrigo’s VMS business to IVC; and the divestiture of Nutri-Force from the Vitamin Shoppe. Ms. Roddy holds a BS in Accounting from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
