Saahil Sajnani Bio

Saahil Sajnani is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg’s Advisory business, based in New York. He is a member of the Firm’s Healthcare team with a particular focus on providing strategic and financial advice to companies across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Mr. Sajnani has more than a decade of investment banking experience advising companies on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg in 2021, Mr. Sajnani spent approximately seven years with Deutsche Bank, where he most recently served as a Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking team. Mr. Sajnani earned his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and BE in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Mumbai University.
