Romain Lanier is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business in London. Mr. Lanier has more than 15 years of investment banking experience. He joins PWP from PJT Partners where he was a Director in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group. Prior to that, he spent six years as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, five of them within the bank’s Restructuring and Financial Advisory Group. Before that, Romain was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s restructuring team. Mr. Lanier holds a Masters of Science in International Economics from SDA Bocconi, a Masters of Science in Global Risk Management from Ecole Normale Superiere and a BA in Business from ESSCA.
