Paul Perea Bio

Mr. Perea is a member of TPH’s Investment Banking business. Mr. Perea was previously a Partner at Baker Botts L.L.P., where he spent over 15 years advising clients and their Boards of Directors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, proxy contests and capital markets transactions in the energy space. Mr. Perea holds a BA in Government with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he served on the Law Review.
