Bio

Mr. Wülfing is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business based in London. He focuses on advising clients in the Industrials sector as well as, across sectors, on public takeovers and takeover defence. Mr. Wülfing has more than 20 years of investment banking experience, assisting companies on a wide range of strategic matters. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, he has among others advised Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners on its public takeover offers for Tele Columbus and PNE, OSRAM on its takeover by ams; E.ON on its exchange of assets with RWE and concurrent takeover offer for Innogy; Fortum on its takeover of Uniper; STADA Arzneimittel on its takeover by Bain Capital and Cinven; Deutsche Wohnen on its successful defence against the unsolicited takeover offer by Vonovia; and Konecranes on its acquisition of Terex MHPS. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in December of 2007, Mr. Wülfing was at Credit Suisse from 1998 to 2007, where he most recently served as a Director in the European M&A Group. Mr. Wülfing earned the degree of Diplom-Kaufmann from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management after studies at WHU, London Business School and Université Catholique de Louvain.
