Kevin Lockhart Bio

Kevin Lockhart is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He acts as the Head of the Capital Markets Advisory team. Mr. Lockhart has worked closely with companies across many industries during his 25+ years in the investment banking industry. Mr. Lockhart has advised corporate clients on hundreds of transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and project and working capital financing facilities. Previously, he served as the Joint Head of Global Leveraged Finance at Jefferies. Prior to Jefferies, he served as a Managing Director in Leveraged Finance at both Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs after being trained as a Corporate Lending officer at TD Bank in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Lockhart earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from McMaster University in Canada and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
