Bio

Kevin Kaiser is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg’s Advisory business. He focuses on advising clients in the Power, Utilities, Renewables and Infrastructure sectors. Mr. Kaiser has more than 12 years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of strategic matters. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg, he has among others advised Bouygues / Equans on the sale of its UK and Dutch district heating and geothermal assets; Arjun Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of a significant minority stake in Amarenco; Igneo Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of a 50% stake in E.ON’s Westenergie Breitband; MVV Energie on the sale of its Czech subsidiary MVV Energie CZ; IFM Investors on the acquisition of a 50% stake in a JV with Deutsche Telekom for fiber roll-out in Germany; E.ON on its exchange of assets with RWE and concurrent takeover offer for Innogy; OSRAM on its takeover by ams; and Fortum on its takeover of Uniper. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg in September 2015, Mr. Kaiser was an Associate in IFM Investors’ European equity infrastructure team. Mr. Kaiser began his career at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Kaiser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from EBS – European Business School in Germany and a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD.
