Guy Morgan is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He focuses on advising clients in capital structure advisory, restructuring, liability management, distressed M&A and private capital solutions. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in June of 2019, Mr. Morgan was at Goldman Sachs from 2011 to 2019, where he served as a Managing Director and Head of Goldman Sachs’ Liability Management Group. Prior to that, Mr. Morgan was at Deutsche Bank from 2003 to 2011, where he served as a Director in the Liability Management Group. Mr. Morgan earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Geneva and a Master’s Degree in International Relations from The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
