Floris Hovingh Bio

Floris Hovingh is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory businesses. Mr. Hovingh focuses on advising clients on debt capital raises in relation to acquisitions, refinancing’s, recapitalisations, growth capital and restructurings. Mr. Hovingh has more than 20 years debt capital markets experience advising on over €25bn of debt transactions. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in March 2022, Mr. Hovingh was an MD at Alvarez & Marsal’s debt advisory team and Partner & founder of the Alternative Capital Solutions team at Deloitte from 2008-2020. Prior to this Mr. Hovingh worked at HBoS and NIBC in their respective leveraged finance teams in London since 2002. Mr. Hovingh is passionate about debt capital markets and has long standing relationships with a large international network of banks, direct lenders, hybrid capital funds and institutional investors. Mr. Hovingh earned a Master’s degree in Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
