Michael joined Peel Hunt as General Counsel in January 2022 and become Chief Corporate Officer & General Counsel in January 2024. Prior to joining Peel Hunt, Michael spent 10 years at Numis where he was general counsel & chief risk officer and before that was a corporate lawyer at Linklaters and Latham & Watkins. Michael read Law & Business at Birmingham University.
