Luis Goberna Bio

Luis Goberna serves as the chief compliance officer and covers firm operations at Pederson&Co. He joined the firm in 2022, overseeing its compliance program and providing supervisory guidance. Prior to joining Pederson&Co Luis worked at Ashland Securities offering compliance services through the independent broker-dealer. He previously worked at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in Miami’s British Consulate. Mr. Goberna received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in economics from the University of Miami.
