Bio

Phil Donaldson is a tenured senior executive with a long track record of success across the retail and commercial construction industry. Phil is currently an Executive Vice President and CFO of Andersen Corporation. He leads the company’s finance, information technology, strategic planning, and business development functions. He formerly held multiple leadership roles within Armstrong World Industries, a commercial and residential ceiling, and wall design and manufacturer. Phil currently serves on the Board of Directors for Andersen Corporation; HealthPartners, Inc.; Simpson Manufacturing Co., Inc.; and Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies Policy Advisory Board. He received a B.S. from Northwestern University and his MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
