Bio

Paul Perseke has over 30 years of executive, managerial, and finance experience including deep transactional experience from both an operator and adviser role. He advises on overall strategy and processes at Loon and is utilized as an operating partner for consulting engagements, leveraging his CFO and previous startup experience. Paul also serves as CFO of Puretein Bioscience, a global bioactive technology company focused on feed supplements, which he helped co-found in 2008. Prior to Puretein, Paul was CEO of GlobalBridge, a multi-manager investment platform, which was acquired by FolioDynamix. He previously was a senior member of Oppenheimer’s fixed income origination group and CFO of a publicly-traded broker dealer, Kinnard Investments. Paul began his professional career at Ernst & Young where he was in both the audit and tax divisions. Paul is active with charitable and community organizations including having served 12 years on the Board of the Children’s Cancer Research Fund as both the Treasurer and Chairman during his time there, and is a member of the President’s Advisory Council at Concordia University. Paul holds a MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a B.A. from Concordia University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of the AICPA.
