Eric Donaldson co-founded Loon with Zach in 2019. He helps oversee the daily operations of both the advisory and consulting businesses and heads Loon’s Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Technology and FinTech efforts. Before starting Loon, Eric helped lead the Finance & Strategy Team at TMRW Life Sciences, a fertility & robotic process automation startup, where he led the company’s positioning, capital raising efforts, and strategic direction. Prior to TMRW, Eric worked in healthcare investment banking and equity research for Rothschild & Co. and Berenberg Capital Markets. As an Investment Banker at Rothschild & Co., Eric worked on merger and acquisition deals, IPOs, and fundraising rounds for some of the world’s largest medical technology, life sciences, pharma-biotech, and healthcare software and services companies. Eric received a BSBA in business administration with concentrations in finance and economics from Boston University.
