As a member of PCE’s ESOP practice, Adam is involved with sell-side and buy-side engagements, recapitalizations, and general corporate advisory. With a background in leveraged finance, he plays an important role in providing financial analysis, modeling transaction alternatives, and optimizing companies’ capital structures to help clients reach their goals. Most recently, Adam was an assistant vice president of business development at a U.K. financial services firm, where he was responsible for boosting the company’s U.S. presence. Adam gained extensive experience assisting corporate and private equity clients on M&A, LBO, refinancing, and dividend recapitalization transactions at both a U.S. bulge bracket investment bank and a Japanese multinational investment bank in the firm’s leveraged capital markets groups.
