Peter Jacobs Bio

Peter had a 35-year career at PwC where, as a Senior Partner, he established and led its UK and European Private Equity M&A Advisory business. Peter has advised numerous companies and management teams on acquisitions, disposals, fundraisings and management buy-outs. Peter is a recipient of the ICAEW Outstanding Achievement in Corporate Finance Award, as well as the Sunday Telegraph’s first Corporate Finance Rainmaker of the Year. Since retiring from PwC Peter has been Chair of CPL Aromas, which is now the world’s largest truly independent fragrance-only fragrance house. Peter also chairs one of the UK’s leading anti-racism / anti-extremism organisations.
