Khilan Shah Bio

Khilan joined PCB as a Partner in August 2023. Khilan is a seasoned tech M&A banker with over 20 years’ M&A experience, centred around digital engineering / transformation and tech enabled services. Prior to PCB Khilan was at Strata Technology Partners and PwC Corporate Finance where he has advised on numerous UK and cross-border tech M&A deals. Khilan is a Chartered Accountant with a BSc in Computer Science and Business Studies from The University of Warwick.
