Geoff has enjoyed A 25+ year career to date across a range of sectors including Tech, Consulting, Learning & Development, Talent and HR. Holding Director, MD and CEO level responsibility for large corporates and PE backed growth businesses. Geoff has a broad executive skill set that has overseen organic and acquisition lead growth strategies across international corporates and SMEs alike. As an MD for Experis EMEA, Geoff managed a $1billion business expansion overseeing multiple acquisitions and lead the business transformation from Resourcing to Services. Latterly, he managed the Transformation at Capita where he acquired and divested businesses in line with the turnaround strategy. More recently he has been CEO of PE backed Grayce where he oversaw the growth from a £10m business to £37m business in 3 years culminating in a successful exit. Geoff made the LDC top 50 most Ambitious leaders in 2022, and for 2 years running Grayce made the FT top 10 fast growing management consultancies in the UK.
