Dani Patel Bio

Dani is a chartered accountant with over 10 years of M&A experience. He has advised owner managed businesses, private equity backed businesses and listed multinational corporations across a range of industries including business services, technology, consumer and healthcare. Dani brings significant experience advising key stakeholders through the full corporate lifecycle, as well as providing valuation and due diligence services. Dani holds a first-class honours degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Finance from Coventry University.
