Adam Moss Bio

As Head of Origination, Adam leads the team responsible for originating and leading full lifecycle buy-side & sell-side transaction execution, as well as supporting Global Management Consulting & Technology Advisory clients on their inorganic growth, acting as their ambassador in the market and advising on ‘off market’ assets. Previously, Adam spent over 15 years in Leadership Consulting, advising global Technology firms on their board level hiring and talent strategies. Adam is well networked across global Technology markets with domain expertise across Digital, Cloud, Data and Consulting, he has advised on some of the firms largest transactions to date. Adam hold a BSc in Economics from The Open University Business School and studied International Finance at West Herts College in the United Kingdom.
