Tobias Seige Bio

Tobias Seige is a partner at Pava. He assists companies in international M&A transactions, carve-outs and restructurings. Before becoming a partner in 2004, he was founder and CEO of Trident Components Group Ltd, a pan-European group specializing in the development and production of light metal components for the automotive industry. He founded the company, built it up for ten years and sold it in 2003. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at VDO Adolf Schindling AG, Frankfurt, one of the world's largest automotive suppliers of instruments, sensors and electronics, as a member of the Executive Board with global responsibility. Tobias Seige is a member of the supervisory board of various companies in the machine building industry in Europe and supports them in particular with regard to strategic orientation. Tobias Seige holds a degree in engineering (ETH Zurich) and an MBA from INSEAD.
