Jules A. Gruninger Bio

Jules Grüninger is a partner at Pava. He has more than 22 years of experience in advising companies, in particular in international M&A transactions. Before co-founding Blue Corporate Finance in 2001, he was CEO and co-owner of Beldona AG (retail, approx. 80 own stores, lingerie and swimwear), which he acquired in a management buy-in and subsequently sold to a strategic investor. Prior to that, he was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. Jules Grüninger is a member of the boards of directors of various companies in Switzerland and Germany. Jules Grüninger holds a degree in electrical engineering (MSc, ETH Zurich) and an MBA (INSEAD).
