Daniel Kroll is a Partner at Pava. He has been advising companies and entrepreneurs on M&A transactions and financing rounds since 2016. Previously, he worked in the area of restructuring/turnaround management. Daniel Kroll holds a degree in (econo-) physics from the University of Ulm.
