Sven Schroeder Bio

Sven joined Parklane Capital in 2005 and has more than 15 years of M&A and related experience assisting companies on a wide range of strategic topics. He views his role as assisting clients in building and maximizing value through long term strategic relationships. Sven has advised growth-oriented companies and private equity firms on several strategic and financial transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, capital raising, corporate strategy & development, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. He has diverse execution expertise and experience in a multitude of situations as well as deep TMT sector knowledge and focus. Sven began his career as a Consultant and Investment Banker after studying Finance and Economics at the University of Bamberg and the University of Lueneburg.
