Bio

Chris has spent over 20 years working in the financial services industry in strategic advisory, wealth management, business development, and distribution roles. He has worked with wealth managers, asset managers, broker-dealers, institutional consultants, and financial technology companies. Prior to joining Park Sutton Advisors, Chris founded Amulet Consulting Group, LLC, a management consulting firm to financial services firms. Earlier he spent nearly 14 years at BNY Mellon's Pershing Advisor Solutions. There he was a high-performing senior business developer and team leader, helping drive significant growth across the business. Earlier he spent several years in distribution roles at Lazard Asset Management. Chris began his professional career with Merrill Lynch, joining as a financial consultant, in the Boise, Idaho office in the late 1990's. Chris is a founding member of the Best Ideas Roundtable, an industry consortium and annual industry conference that brings together some of the best minds in the business, now in its 6th year. A native Idahoan, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and exploring life's possibilities. As a 200-hour RYT and Kripalu Yoga teacher, Chris teaches a regular class and continues to expand upon a mindful approach to well-being while sharing that knowledge with others. He is a graduate of the University of Utah where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
