Kelley joined Park Lane in 2021 and plays a principal role in the firm’s capital group endeavors. He is an active participant on the firm’s deal review team, evaluating potential engagements including capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and secondary transactions. Before joining Park Lane, Kelley spent over 4 years in Macquarie Capital’s TMT group, focusing on SPACs advisory, private equity sell-side transactions, leveraged buyout advisory and accompanying debt financings. Prior to Macquarie, he held various positions throughout the sports & entertainment world, most notably at IMG Consulting. After IMG, Kelley advised life science startups in Tel Aviv, Israel, while training with the Israeli national lacrosse team as it prepared for the World Lacrosse Championship. Kelley earned an M.B.A. (concentration in Finance with a specialization in Entertainment) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University where he was a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team. He holds Series 63, 7 and 79 securities licenses.
