Stephen focuses his investment banking practice on advising clients on the sale of U.S. middle-market businesses valued at up to $500 million. Stephen has completed more than 100 transactions over nearly 20 years of investment banking experience. He is expert at advising companies in a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, distribution, food, industrials, manufacturing, printing and packaging, and business services, to name a few. Throughout his career, Stephen has advised a variety of different types of clients such as entrepreneurs, private equity sponsors, and publicly traded companies on M&A transactions. In addition to sell-side M&A advisory, Stephen also provides advisory services for M&A acquisitions, select financing and capital raising projects, M&A valuations and fairness opinions, generational succession planning, and consulting projects.
