Nicholas has more than 20 years of investment banking and public accounting experience. He advises clients on M&A transactions across a variety of industries, including software and technology, healthcare and life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, and business services. Prior to joining Paramax, Nicholas worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a leading regional accounting firm, advising public and private companies on acquisitions, divestitures, quality of earnings, financial due diligence, assurance services, and business valuation.
