Joe has more than 20 years of experience in finance and banking. He advises clients on M&A transactions for all industries and has specialized experience with companies in chemicals, banking, food and beverage, aerospace and defense, media, and general industrials. Prior to joining Paramax, Joe held various senior finance roles at companies like Bloomberg, Praxair, AMC Networks, and AIG Financial Products. Joe has experience working in commercial banking and has been both a buyer and seller of advisory services with various institutions.
