Samantha has extensive experience in healthcare mergers and acquisitions. Her prior experience includes Director of Business Development for Pacific Pulmonary Services (PPS). Samantha assisted with sale of PPS to Teijin Ltd and led the due diligence process for PPS. At Pacific Pulmonary, she led the strategic acquisition activity for the 5th largest home respiratory therapy company in the USA. Samantha sourced, valued, negotiated and led integration on 20 acquisition transactions ranging from $2 million to $30 million. Samantha’s experience also includes corporate strategy, capital raising and distressed turnaround & restructuring. Prior to PPS, Samantha worked as Vice President of Capital Works, a private equity investment firm and was co-Founder of Instream Partners LLC, a NASD-registered investment bank, providing M&A advisory, capital raising and independent equity research for public and private middle market companies. Samantha graduated from Yale University with Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science and was Captain of Yale’s Women’s Track & Field earning five Yale records. Ms. Lincoln is a certified functional medicine health coach, promoting healthy living and therapeutic nutrition.
