Tony has had considerable success in sales/marketing and operations in the healthcare field for many years. His career in healthcare has always been based on one simple principle, and that is to put people together, with the intention of creating mutual growth and reward. Both sides have to win for a relationship to be successful. Tony’s early career in healthcare included sales and management positions with Johnson and Johnson, CR Bard and American Hospital Supply. In 1985 Tony founded M & P Medical which was a MEDIQ PRN distributor of critical care equipment and a supplier of hospital respiratory and anesthesia products throughout the Northeastern US. In 1994 Tony was a co-founder of National Sleep Technologies (NST). NST was a start up in all phases of sleep disorder testing and the first independent, non-hospital based testing lab in New York State. This company was the foundation to what is now Sleep Services of America, a partnership with MedBridge Healthcare, with over 100 sleep testing locations throughout the U.S. In 2002, Tony Co-Founded and became Managing Partner of Coastal Physician Services, a physician practice management/consulting and physician recruitment service. In 2007 Tony created Fayetteville Home Health Products, a retail medical product and supply company operating successfully with a 100% private pay model. FHHP’s cash business model is now standard practice for many big box pharmacies along with Walmart and internet retailers such as Amazon. As a people person working at a high level of sophistication, Tony achieves success and continues to grow personally in the changing world of healthcare. The transition into healthcare M & A was a logical step after a career as a business owner who acquired and sold businesses himself. Tony sits on various local boards with a focus on Healthcare and the changing needs of today’s active senior population.
