Tim co-heads Panmure Liberum’s M&A practice having joined Liberum in 2021 in the same role. Qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1989, Tim built his early career at Lazards and Barings and since 1997 as a Managing Director/Partner at HSBC, Houlihan Lokey, EY and Stifel. Tim has advised on c.150 private and public M&A and equity capital market transactions with an aggregate value of over £75bn across multiple industry sectors in the UK and internationally
