Stephen has over 30 years experience in the financial services sector in a range of operating, financial and strategic roles across retail and wholesale activities in the UK, EMEA and North America at Santander, Barclays, Citi and Schroders, and as a Senior Adviser in the private equity industry. Previous roles include CFO of Santander UK and CEO of UK Finance. He has also supported a number of fintech start-ups including OneBanx, where he is a Board Adviser, and Pennyworth Financial, where he acts as Chair.
