Bio

Neil started his career at UBS where he spent 12 years. During this time, he acted as broker and advisor to FTSE100 and FTSE 250 companies, originating and executing a wide array of transactions including Acquisitions, De-mergers, Hostile Defences, Rights issues and IPOs. Neil joined Liberum in 2013 to focus on UK Small and Midcap corporates, and is now responsible for providing corporate broking and advisory services to a range of listed companies across Technology, Media, Building materials, Housebuilding and Diversified Financials sectors. Neil graduated from the University of Warwick in 2000 with a BA (Hons) in Economics.
