Mark joined Liberum in 2021 and has approaching 30 years’ experience in investment banking. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992, Mark spent the early part of his career at Hill Samuel and HSBC. Since the early 2000s Mark has held Managing Director/Partner roles at Carlton Partners, EY and Stifel. Mark is a highly experienced corporate financier, having advised on approaching 100 public and private M&A and equity capital market transactions across many industry sectors and geographies.
