Bio

Chris joined Liberum in 2015. He has over 14 years of corporate finance and equity capital markets experience and previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Evolution Securities (now Investec). Chris has advised companies across a range of sectors on numerous public market transactions, both AIM and Main Market, including IPOs, secondary fundraisings and M&A. At Liberum, Chris is responsible for providing advisory, corporate broking and capital raising services across the Funds and Alternative Financials sectors.
