Rishi Chellani Bio

Rishi Chellani is a Director of Palm Tree and focuses on financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as post-close transition support. Mr. Chellani has transaction experience across a variety of industries including consumer products, industrial services, and SaaS, among others. Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Chellani worked within the Transaction Advisory Services group at RSM in Los Angeles and was an external auditor with KPMG in San Francisco. He earned his bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Chapman University, Argyros School of Business. Mr. Chellani enjoys traveling the world, playing basketball, and watching sports.
