Kathleen Obiala Bio

Kathleen Obiala supports engagements across all lines of Palm Tree’s transaction, transition, and transformation services with a primary focus on Financial Due Diligence. Mrs. Obiala joins Palm Tree with a decade of experience working in M&A, finance, and accounting. Prior to joining Palm Tree, Mrs. Obiala most recently worked with RedRidge Diligence Services in Chicago, a boutique consulting firm focused on serving middle market transactions across all industries. Prior to her time at RedRidge, Kathleen was employed by Ernst & Young’s Assurance practice in Chicago and Los Angeles. Mrs. Obiala earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, graduating with honors. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois. Outside of work, she enjoys indulging in new restaurants, traveling the world, and spending time with friends and family
