Ovais Siddiqui is a Vice President of PMCF’s Business Services & Technology team. He has 12 years of professional experience within the banking industry, including more than five years of experience advising private companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and transaction planning. Ovais has extensive experience across a wide range of industries, including business services, technology, industrial, consumer, manufacturing, and healthcare. Prior to joining PMCF, Ovais worked as a Vice President at Auctus Capital Partners, a middle market investment bank. Before moving to the US, he was a Senior Manager of Corporate Banking at the Commercial Bank of Qatar. Ovais earned a BE from the NED University of Engineering & Technology and an MBA from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 79 and 63 registrations.
