Bio

Michael McIntosh was formerly the President & CEO of Dominick Capital Corporation where he also was responsible for managing the firm’s Investment Banking activities. Michael was also a principal of Barrington Capital Corp., an investment and merchant bank based in Toronto, and has served as a senior director at other investment banking firms. In these roles, he focused on advisory and finance requirements and services for mid-market companies. Prior to investment banking, Michael practiced corporate and securities law, focusing on corporate and finance issues that confront public and private small to mid-size companies. Michael holds a B.A. from the University of Ottawa and his LL.B. from the University of Windsor.
