John Mottola specializes in advising both public and private business owners on various acquisition, divestiture, and capital formation transactions. Strong relationships and friendships fostered with clients are highly valued by John. He has extensive executive and board level experience in private and public companies in the life sciences, animal health and construction sectors. John is a past director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce. John received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Winnipeg and an MBA degree from the University of Wales. He is an avid sports fan with a particular interest in rugby, soccer, hockey & baseball with a keen interest in travel and culinary experiences.
