Bio

Mr. Mottola specializes in advising management teams and directors on the strategic options associated with the execution of various merger, acquisition, and capital formation transactions, in addition to providing other strategic evaluations. He focuses on the investment banking practice serving both public and private companies. He has extensive executive and board level experience in various capacities in private and publicly traded companies in the life sciences sector, and is a past director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Mottola received his undergraduate degree from the University of Winnipeg and his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Wales in 1999.
