Mr. Innis advises on the lifecycle needs of public and private companies in a wide range of industries. He gets results from managing relationships with multiple stakeholders at the intersection of government, business and finance. Mr. Innis has completed investment banking assignments in the B2B software development sector, the junior resource sector and in the medical waste industries, advising on reverse takeovers, strategic acquisitions and debt refinancing. He has board level experience in publicly traded and private companies and is currently a member of the Board of Samuelsohn Ltd. a Quebec-based manufacturer and Chairman of TRLabs. Mr. Innis holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa, an MBA from the Rotman School, University of Toronto, and teaches income tax policy at Robson Hall Law School, University of Manitoba.
