Brian Cavanagh Bio

Brian Cavanagh principal focus is on building relationships with Atlantic Canadian businesses, to service their financial advisory, merger & acquisition, and financing requirements together our other investment banking services. He has over 30 years of investment industry experience as an advisor with senior management responsibilities with major Canadian investment firms. In addition, Brian has marketing experience in the Chemical Industry with a major Canadian chemical distributor. He has been an active volunteer with the Metro Halifax Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years, two as Chairman of Economic Development. Brian received a B.Comm in Finance from the University of Calgary and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute. When not in office, Brian enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth sports, in soccer, hockey, and supporting junior hockey & university sports and travel to warmer climates.
