Jim has more than 30 years of leadership experience building businesses through mergers and acquisitions within multiple industries. He has conducted over 75 transactions valued at more than $10 billion. Prior to Osage Advisors, Jim served Legrand North & Central America for ten years as the Head of Corporate Development. During that time, he more than quadrupled the revenues and profits through consummating 20 acquisitions. Prior to Legrand, Jim held Corporate & Business Development positions of increasing responsibility within General Electric and IBM. Jim received his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and his BS from Clarkson University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Jim holds the Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and the Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) as an Investment Banking Representative sponsored by StillPoint Capital, LLC, Member FINRA and SIPC, Tampa, FL.
