Shan Yue Bio

Shan Yue is the Partner and Managing Director of Greater China based in Shanghai. He started his career with Stifel Financial Corp (NYSE: SF) as an associate in corporate development. Mr. Yue joined BDA Partners, a leading investment banking firm specializing in cross-border M&A transactions involving Asia, in 2004 and most recently served as head of its Beijing Office. While at BDA, Mr. Yue was engaged in the origination and execution of cross-border M&A transactions for both corporate and private equity clients in Greater China and overseas. He has rich transaction experience on both inbound and outbound M&A transactions spinning consumer, industrials, chemicals, services, agricultural, and healthcare sectors. His clients include fortune 500 corporations as well as reputable private equity funds. Mr. Yue has consummated nearly 100 transactions (acquisitions, divestitures and JV’s, private placement, restructuring, both domestic and internationally) totaling $10 billion in value.
