Olivier Menu Bio

Olivier holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and an Executive MBA from HEC. The first part of his career was spent with medium-sized and large companies in the clothing, textile and food sectors. He held there a variety of positions: treasurer, deputy executive managing dector, operational division. In 1992, he founded Rapprochement&Stratégie and began his M&A career. At the end of 1999, he co-founded Valexcel, a Paris-based multi-sector M&A boutique. Over the past 30 years, he has managed more than 130 M&A assignments. Valexcel and Olivier, as partner, joined ONEtoONE in January 2024.
