Joao Clara Bio

João Clara has a Degree in Management from ISCTE in Lisbon, a post graduate degree in tax by Instituto Superior de Gestão and a post graduate degree Management by Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Joao is a certificated account by DGCI. Since 1994 he has been working as an independent M&A advisor; during this period he collaborated with several M&A companies namely, NBB National Business Brokers, Sartorial, an Asset Management Company where he was responsible for Distress Restructuring and Business Recovery and Yunit Corporate (a company that belonged to two major Portuguese banks) where he was responsible for the business brokerage area. Until 1994 he was CFO and General Manager in several industries (Plastic industry, Electrical manufacturing industry, Iron and Textile).
