He developed his professional career in the Financial Services, Banking, Telco and Insurance businesses. With more than twenty years of international experience in Corporate Finance, Administration and Audit areas in Latin America, USA and Spain he has a vast experience providing a wide range of M&A advisory services, including organization and management of M&A activities.
