Fabián Elio graduated from ESCP Europe Business School in France and holds a Master in Management from the School's Grande Ecole Programme. He began his career as an analyst at Santander Corporate and Investment Banking (France), subsequently became a Senior Manager at KPMG (Chile), and eventually founded Prouw Consulting in Chile, a consultancy firm specialized in corporate finance for medium-sized and family-owned businesses. Here, he advised clients on various financial topics, primarily in the context of mergers and acquisitions: deal origination and execution, corporate finance, valuation, due diligence, and financial analysis. Fabian has over 12 years of experience advising clients on domestic and cross-border deals with expertise in various sectors including import, manufacturing, and distribution of goods, services, agribusiness, utilities, infrastructure, electricity generation, and distribution, among others. His international experience covers countries in both Europe and South America. He has carried out cross-border acquisitions of Targets in France, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. Fabian joined ONEtoONE Corporate Finance as a Partner in Chile in January 2022, bringing skills and experience from over 50 transactions in Europe and Latin America.
