Jonathan Lewis is a Partner and the Chief Investment Officer at OCP. He was previously a Board Director at the Clermont Group, a multi-billion dollar private investment fund, based in Singapore and Dubai; where he held numerous roles, including Director of Listed Investments, Managing Director of Private Investments, and finally Group Chief Financial Officer. He led the investments into, and sat on the Board of, all of Clermont Group’s financial services, financial technology, and early-stage investments; including SBFC Finance (India), Indie Home Loans (India), Movi Credit (Vietnam), BVIM Asset Management (Vietnam), MagniX (USA) and Eviation (Israel). He also held Board seats across the Group’s global portfolio, including Hoan My Medical (Vietnam), The Medical City (Philippines) and Orion Energy (Ecuador). He started his career in London where he worked in the Corporate Finance Advisory teams at Deloitte LLP and PwC LLP, advising on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector. He has extensive experience in leading all aspects of corporate deals, including negotiations, structuring, due diligence, completion mechanics and active portfolio management. Jonathan also sits as a Governor of Queen Elizabeth Grammar School and serves as the Chairman of the Investment Committee for its endowment fund. He holds a BA, MA and MBA from Manchester Business School, and is an FCA Chartered Accountant.
